Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team in a night shift role. In this position, you will work closely with RN Team Leaders and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform delegated tasks under the supervision of an RN Team Leader and collaborate as a care partner to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and Alabama Nurse Practice Act regulations.
  • Participate in patient care implementation and evaluation processes.
  • Maintain patient health, comfort, and safety by utilizing your expertise and judgment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma and current licensure as a licensed practical nurse.
  • An Associate's degree in Nursing and basic life support certification.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the nursing field.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package to ensure your well-being and success.

Estimated Salary: $62,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience.
