Pediatric Behavioral Health Nursing Team Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Behavioral Health Nursing Team Manager to lead our nursing team at Children's of Alabama. As a seasoned nurse leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of patient care on our assigned shift and ensuring that our team meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient use of resources

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field required; associate's degree RNs who are currently in the role may be grandfathered in
- At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with a preference for pediatric/psych/OR nursing experience
- Current RN license in the State of Alabama; CPI certification required within 30 days of employment

Compensation and Benefits:
