Job Summary:

As a key member of our healthcare team, your responsibilities will include implementing and monitoring patient care plans, assessing and coordinating patient discharge needs, and ensuring that all aspects of patient care are well-coordinated. You will also be responsible for taking and carrying out physician and nursing orders, as well as using critical thinking skills and decisive judgment to provide high-quality patient care.

This is a full-time position that requires a licensed Associate Professional Registered Nurse (APRN) credentialed from the Alabama Board of Nursing and a Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider certification obtained within one month of hire date or job transfer date. A diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing is also required.
