Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B lead generation strategy
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid search, LinkedIn, email, social media, and video marketing
  • Oversee messaging and copywriting, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels
  • Manage marketing operations and the marketing tech stack
  • Plan and execute events and partner marketing initiatives
  • Develop and maintain digital assets and collateral
  • Recruit and manage vendors to support marketing efforts
  • Own marketing programs, execution, and results
  • Improve the company website and drive online reviews

Required Skills/Traits:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B environments
  • Strong skills in WordPress and messaging/copywriting
  • Ability to develop and maintain marketing plans and execute on them
  • Experience with customer case studies and website iteration
  • Focus on immediate impact while working on longer-term strategy
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a results-driven approach
  • Quick learner with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build trust and value with internal and external stakeholders
