  • Team Collaboration: Coordinates work with the Communications Team and the Design/Accessibility Team as well as subject matter experts.
  • Data Analysis: Collects and analyzes data and prepares reports about user experience with design products.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensures compliance with program regulations related to visual style guides and accessibility.
  • Financial Management: Develops and administers budgets related to graphic design tools and resources.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiates service agreements and contracts for design consultation.
  • Project Management: Plans and oversees project management tasks related to fulfillment of graphic design needs.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Performs various tasks as needed to support the overall function of the position.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 48 months of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graphic Design Experience: At least 24 months of experience in graphic design and data visualization for a public health or behavioral health initiative.

Working Conditions:

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to engage in repetitive motions.
