Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Credit Processor/Operations:

  • Ensuring the safekeeping of original loan documentation for all active loans.
  • Maintaining the accuracy of the document tracking system to facilitate efficient operations.
  • Conducting vault audits to verify the completeness of document files for each loan.
  • Requesting appraisals and diligently following up for status updates.
  • Creating and updating reminders for UCC filings and other monitored documentation.
  • Preparing lien releases and managing the mailing of paid notes.
  • Overseeing HMDA reportable loan files to ensure compliance.
  • Retiring paid-off loans from the document management system.
  • Providing assistance to the Loan Documentation Manager as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in banking or clerical roles.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Understanding of loan documentation and administrative processes.
