Responsibilities- Provide safe and effective patient care, utilizing your knowledge, skill, and experience to analyze, think critically, plan, prioritize, and organize care.
- Collaborate with the patient, family, and interdisciplinary team to develop and maintain a plan of care that addresses the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient and family.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and achieve desired patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and empowering them to take an active role in their care.
- Associate's Degree or Equivalent in Nursing
- 1 year of experience as a RN
- RN License (AR or Compact State) - Arkansas State Board of Nursing (ASBN)
