We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RNII to join our Inpatient team on a PRN basis, working night shifts from 7pm to 7am. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care to meet the physical, emotional, and educational needs of patients and families.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring continuity of care and effective communication.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, contributing to the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of evidence-based practices.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in an inpatient setting.
- Current RN licensure in Arkansas or a compact state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Experience working in a pediatric or medical-surgical inpatient setting.
