We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RNII to join our Inpatient Nightshift team at ACNW. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients on the Inpatient Nightshift unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college program or technical school or nursing diploma.
- 1 year of experience in nursing, preferably in an inpatient setting.
- RN License (AR or Compact State) - Arkansas State Board of Nursing (ASBN).
- Certification specific to patient population - Description.
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing.
- Demonstrated performance of 100% at the previous level and score within documented RN II/III levels via ACHieve career ladder for internal employees.
