Job Summary

**Oversee Paving Crews with Excellence**

As a key member of the Boh Bros Construction, LLC team, the Concrete Paving Foreman will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation of high-quality concrete paving. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with the Aviation Paving Superintendent and Construction Manager to ensure work plans are followed.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct thorough Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and monitor on-site safety to prevent accidents and ensure a healthy work environment.
  • Supervise crews to perform safe and efficient work, adhering to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Track and report daily quantities, inspect equipment, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Complete daily timecards and utilize project software for accurate documentation.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience with slipform paving equipment is highly desirable.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees are essential.
  • A valid US driver's license and ability to pass background checks are necessary.
  • The ability to work long hours, nights, and travel is required.

**Physical Demands and Work Environment:**

This role requires physical work and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. The Concrete Paving Foreman must be able to work long hours, nights, weekends, and travel as needed.
