Job Summary:

Restaurant Depot is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Stocker - Freezer to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking product on shelves, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and courteous customer service to our customers

Stock product on shelves, including removing boxes from pallets and opening boxes to re-stock shelves

Organize and front-face items on shelves to ensure easy access for customers

Perform regular inspections to meet HACCP regulations and ensure a safe working environment

Assist in reviewing inventory for product rotation daily to prevent shrinkage and damages

Ensure shelf pricing is accurate and reflects the most recent pricing

Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following a regular maintenance schedule of scrubbing and pulling out pallets and cleaning underneath

Continuously review the status of department floors for safety hazards and promptly address any issues

Work with Hi-Lo operators to ensure the selling floor remains stocked and safe by promptly returning overstock pallets to the overhead reserves

Promptly inform supervisors of any low stock or out-of-stock merchandise

Physical Demands:

Walk/stand on concrete for up to 10 hours/day

Frequently turn, stand, reach, stoop, and/or bend

Frequently push/pull objects 500 to 1,500 lbs.

Frequently lift/carry objects more than 60 lbs.

Work Environment:

Frequently exposed to cold/freezing temperatures

Equipment in motion (forklifts, electric pallet jacks, scooters)

Performs other work-related duties as required and assigned

May be required to work in other departments as needed
