**Job Summary**

As a Mitigation Technician at Paul Davis Restoration, you will be responsible for performing water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services. You will work according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager. Additionally, you may be required to assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Perform water mitigation, tarping, and board up services to prevent further damage
• Conduct mold remediation and asbestos/lead abatement to ensure a safe working environment
• Clean and reinstall carpets to restore facilities to their original condition
• Work under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager to ensure all work is completed according to Paul Davis and industry specifications
• Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks as needed

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of water damage restoration and mitigation techniques. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
