We are seeking a highly qualified Academic Leader to join our team as a Professor of Psychology with a focus on Racial/Ethnic Health Disparities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading research and teaching initiatives that address the complex issues surrounding health disparities in diverse populations.

Responsibilities- Lead research initiatives that address Racial/Ethnic Health Disparities
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Psychology and related fields
- Develop and implement innovative curricula and programs that promote diversity and inclusion
- Collaborate with colleagues across the university to advance our understanding of health disparities
- Secure external funding to support research and program development
Ph.D. in Psychology or a related field
Experience in research and teaching in the area of Racial/Ethnic Health Disparities
Strong publication record and a demonstrated ability to secure external funding
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
