We are seeking a highly qualified Assistant Professor to join our team in the Department of Crop and Soil Sciences at the University of Georgia. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, research, and extension activities in the area of turfgrass science.
Key Responsibilities- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in turfgrass science and related areas
- Conduct research in turfgrass science, including weed management and turfgrass breeding
- Develop and implement extension programs to address the needs of the turfgrass industry in Georgia
- Collaborate with other faculty members and industry partners to advance the field of turfgrass science
