Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Renewal Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Renewal Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our Renewal Sales team with documentation, account reconciliation, and task management while engaging with multiple levels of leadership within the company and financial institutions across the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in responding to customer emails related to service renewals promptly
* Create and provide customer proposals and supply any related documentation and/or brochures supporting the customer proposed solution to ensure renewals are closed timely
* Utilize Salesforce to properly document, report and forecast current and future renewal opportunities
* Collaborate with your sales team and provide working documents as required

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* A strong work ethic and ability to manage a high volume of tasks at the same time
* 1-3 years of experience in sales support, data entry, and/or customer service
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proven track record of flexibility in a team setting
