Job Title: Health Office Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Health Office Assistant to join our team at West Aurora High School. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the health services team, ensuring the smooth operation of the health office and providing excellent customer service to students, staff, and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the health services team, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with students, staff, and parents.
* Assist with the daily operation of the health office, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and facilities.
* Provide first aid and CPR/AED certification as needed.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* CPR/AED certification desired (on-the-job training provided).

Working Conditions:

* Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
* May be required to lift and move students as needed.
