Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide high-quality clinical support to our team of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists. As an SLPA, you will play a vital role in assisting with assessments, evaluations, and treatment plans for individuals of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Evaluation Support: Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify communication disorders.
  • Treatment Plan Development: Collaborate with SLPs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address speech, language, and communication goals.
  • Therapy Services: Provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP to address communication disorders and support individuals in achieving their communication goals.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with caregivers, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and support.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and session notes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Previous experience in a clinical or educational setting is preferred.
