Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) - Santa Clara

Celebrations Speech Group Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Santa Clara, CA. As an SLPA, you will play a vital role in supporting students with speech and language disorders, working closely with a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement speech therapy plans under the guidance of a licensed SLP.
  • Accurately document treatment progress and update student reports twice a year.
  • Assist with scheduling IEP meetings and organizing speech files.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of speech services.
Requirements:
  • Active California SLPA license.
  • Ability to work on-site and engage directly with students and staff.
  • An Associate's degree in Speech Pathology or a Bachelor's in Communication Disorders.
  • Excellent rapport-building skills, a collaborative spirit, and an eagerness to work with diverse student populations.
  • Strong organizational abilities and sound judgment to manage responsibilities effectively.
