Temp - LVN/LPN - Clinic (Days)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team at an OTP Clinic in Boston, MA. The successful candidate will work cooperatively with supervisory counseling staff and demonstrate a non-judgmental and accepting attitude toward Substance Use Disorder.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer daily medication to patients per program policy and medical protocols.
  • Use automated dispensing system(s), calibrate pump, and maintain dispensing equipment.
  • Produce and maintain appropriate records and reports as required by Company protocol, Federal and State Regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards for the distribution and storage of controlled substances as outlined in the Code of Federal regulations.
  • Order, receive, and stock medication following DEA and State regulations.
  • Provide daily assessment of patients.
  • Assist the Nursing Supervisor in orienting new nursing staff.
Requirements:
  • 1+ Years of Medication Administration experience.
  • Opioid Addiction Center experience.
  • BLS certification.
  • Skills Checklist.
  • Two Supervisory Reference Forms.
  • Must be open to floating to Chelsea location.
