Position Summary:
The primary responsibility of this role is to evaluate residents' needs, create personalized care plans, deliver nursing care, assess care effectiveness, and oversee nursing assistants and other staff in providing care. This supervision must comply with current federal, state, and local regulations, ensuring the highest quality of care is maintained at all times. Adhere to all health, sanitation, and infection control protocols, and uphold established standards of practice.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid, unrestricted RN license in the state of employment.
- Current CPR certification is required.
- Proficient in English, with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Demonstrated ability to execute both verbal and written directives.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and community staff.
- Knowledge of proper safety and sanitation practices.
- Willingness to work scheduled hours as required by the position.
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.
Experience:
- Prior experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory.
Shift & Compensation:
- Opportunities for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions.
- Shifts: 12-Hour shifts from 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am.
- Compensation: Competitive wages with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
