Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at East Boston Neighborhood Health Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status, recording and analyzing relevant health data to inform nursing care plans.
  • Nursing Intervention: Participate in planning and implementing nursing interventions, incorporating the latest advancements and knowledge in the field to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Demonstrate effective communication skills, working collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma and completion of vocational/technical training beyond high school in an Accredited Nursing Program.
  • Licensure and Certification: Licensure in Massachusetts as an R.N. or L.P.N. and BCLS certification (per departmental policy).
  • Experience: 1 year of relevant nursing experience, preferably in a community health and/or ambulatory care setting.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
