Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall operation and cost-effective management of multiple dining service departments in more than one facility in a given geography.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve financial goals and targets
  • Manage all financials including planning, budget development and analysis, and financial reporting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, associates, and suppliers
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure conformance with company, government, and accrediting agency standards, regulations, and codes
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of associates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in foodservice management, preferably in a multi-unit environment
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, associates, and suppliers
  • Knowledge of financial, budgetary, accounting, and computational practices
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs and financial software
