**Key Responsibilities:**

* Identify and pursue high-potential markets and cross-selling opportunities
* Develop and execute outbound business and sales strategies
* Engage with customers to close deals and generate referrals
* Collaborate with the Senior Sales Account Manager to build the sales pipeline
* Participate in the outbound sales strategy and business development process

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of work experience in sales, business development, or a related field
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Entrepreneurial-minded self-starter with a competitive drive to succeed
