We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to lead our projects in Massachusetts. Key Responsibilities- Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure adherence to company standards for quality, safety, and operational excellence.
- Manage job sites, overseeing daily activities, documenting progress, and leading teams in alignment with project plans.
- Provide constructive feedback, mentorship, and guidance to create a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
- Collaborate with the Project Management team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify challenges and coordinate with teams to develop effective, timely solutions.
- Schedule and lead pre-construction safety meetings, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety plans.
- Lead your team with a focus on growth and development, providing mentorship and promoting continuous learning.
- Use MS Project to develop and maintain project schedules, including baseline schedules and weekly updates.
- Communicate scheduling updates through three-week look-ahead reviews with the project team and subcontractors.
- Establish quality benchmarks and incorporate them into the project schedule.
- Implement Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) protocols, ensuring that all subcontractors meet our standards.
- Regularly review site safety, ensuring compliance with all OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols.
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in Multi-Family Wood Frame, Healthcare, and/or Commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in MS Project and experience with scheduling and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
