Emergency Repair and Replacement Program Manager

Brightpoint seeks a highly skilled Family Support Emergency Repair and Replacement Coordinator to join its team. This role is responsible for coordinating the furnace repair and replacement program, ensuring compliance with program operations, regulations, and standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in weatherization, construction technology, or heating systems, as well as excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities include determining final eligibility and enrolling families into the Emergency Repair and Replacement program, assessing homes' heating systems for repair or replacement eligibility, writing job specifications and cost estimates, and communicating work plans with clients.
The salary range for this position is $46,000 + depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine final eligibility and enroll families into the Emergency Repair and Replacement program

- Assign and direct subcontractors
- Perform quality control inspections of completed work
- High School Diploma required; consideration given to candidates with minimum two years demonstrated experience or education in a field related to weatherization, construction technology, or heating systems
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with strong mathematics aptitude
- Ability to work with minimal supervision; self-motivated, attentive to detail, organized, productive, flexible, and dependable
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to relate well with diverse personalities from various socio-economic backgrounds
- Proficient in MS Office applications
