About Sharetec
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation. You will manage multiple software conversion projects simultaneously from initiation to project closure. The underlying goal is to meet or exceed company business strategies and customer expectations. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Interpersonal skills are important as this role interfaces with cross-functional teams daily and Sharetec clients frequently throughout projects. As a team member of a rapidly growing software company, you will have opportunities to design, improve, document, and maintain project processes. Continuously help leverage lessons learned regarding client implementation experiences to assist in developing and refining implementation processes and documentation.

Salary and Location
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000. The position located at our office in Ft. Wayne, IN. For the right candidate, fully remote work is also an option.
