About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Process Manager to join our team at Thomson Reuters. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business process improvement and excellence across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze existing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging data analysis and business acumen
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process changes
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and metrics to track performance
  • Lead process improvement projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in business process improvement. You will have a proven track record of driving process excellence and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in business process improvement, with a focus on process analysis and design
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
