Armtec Defense Technologies is a leading manufacturer of defense products and services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Test Engineer to join our team in Camden, AR.

Job Summary

The Senior Test Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining test processes and procedures to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. This includes designing and implementing test equipment, developing test protocols, and analyzing test data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Mentor: Lead and mentor technicians and production/test employees to ensure the successful execution of test plans and procedures.
  • Test Equipment Development: Design, develop, and implement test equipment and fixtures to meet internal and external product acceptance testing requirements.
  • Test Process Development: Develop and maintain test processes and procedures to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
  • Test Data Analysis: Analyze test data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in testing and manufacturing processes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of test plans and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a testing environment, preferably in a defense industry.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and writing skills, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Certifications: Must be able to obtain a US DOD Secret security clearance.
