Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular safety meetings to ensure a safe working environment
- Create and manage punch lists to ensure project completion
- Support the implementation of Quality Control Measures outlined in our QA/QC program
- Prepare and submit RFIs and submittals as required
- Labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance
- Perform quantitative takeoffs for material ordering
- Support the implementation of the job schedule
- Coordinate warranties and O&M's
- Material coordination with purchase orders and invoicing
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Construction Science, or comparable work experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- A clear understanding of how to read and understand specifications and drawings
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to learn new job skills and apply them as taught
- Customer service skills, including building strong relationships with customers
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
