This exciting role as an Air Quality Engineer in our Environmental Compliance practice group offers a unique chance to own your projects, mentor your team, and direct your growth. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and partners to deliver exceptional project work. Your expertise will help us build lasting relationships and drive business success.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as technical lead for complex air permitting and compliance projects.
  • Mentor and train junior staff members.
  • Perform technical reviews for peers and junior staff.
  • Work with regulatory agencies as a client advocate.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their operational needs within regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare air emissions calculations for permit applications.
  • Perform regulatory reviews and provide guidance to clients.
  • Build relationships with clients, vendors, and partners through excellent project work.

Requirements

  • BS degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related program.
  • 7-15 years of experience in environmental regulatory compliance with a focus on air permitting.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
