Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. The salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Job Summary

The Executive Director of Academic Affairs will play a key role in shaping the academic strategy and direction of InsideHigherEd. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing academic programs, managing budgets, and overseeing academic operations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement academic programs that align with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of funds.
  • Oversee academic operations, including faculty and staff management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and coherence across the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in academic leadership or administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
