Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a content marketing strategy for North America, including market and competitor research to understand target audiences and identify content opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with content and consumer trends, as well as advancements in technology, to inform content creation and distribution.
  • Collaborate with designers, content writers, and 4flow business lines to produce multimedia content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, whitepapers, case studies, e-books, and newsletters.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns that use content to create brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Analyze and track content campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize content and improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Optimize content for SEO to increase organic search visibility.
  • Work closely with the North America and global marketing team to align content with marketing campaigns and goals.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of content best practices, including SEO, SMO, and PPC.
  • Strong knowledge of website best practices, social media platforms, and content marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
