Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Operations Department Supervisor to join our team at Lowe's. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and enabling a team of associates to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of associates to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Collaborate with front-end and back-end operations associates to ensure efficient stock management and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and coach employees on safe behaviors and lifting techniques to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor non-selling operations to maximize sales and profitability
  • Communicate effectively with other Department Supervisors and Assistant Store Managers to drive efficiencies and achieve service, operations, and safety objectives
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in a retail environment or 5 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Experience providing direction or supervision to teams and supporting or participating in the process of training, mentoring, and developing associates
  • Experience working cross-functionally and using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting front-end or back-end operations in a retail environment and in customer service roles
  • Experience in leadership roles with direct report responsibility and working in the home improvement retail sector
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic retail environments and using store computer systems
