- Manage and coordinate the activities of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and training
- Monitor and report on patient care and safety concerns to management and regulatory agencies
- Current, unencumbered RN license in Rhode Island
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university (preferred)
- Four or more years of nursing experience
- One or more years of experience as a nursing supervisor in a nursing care center, hospital, or other related healthcare setting
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
