Job Title: Client Service Coordinator

About the Role:

The Client Service Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our veterinary hospital. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, coordinating the flow of clients and pets, and supporting the veterinary medical team in delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring that clients feel welcome and supported throughout their visit.
  • Coordinate the flow of clients and pets, ensuring that they are seen in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Support the veterinary medical team in delivering high-quality care, including preparing patients for exams and procedures.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and processing payments.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all client information is up-to-date and secure.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, veterinarians, and other hospital staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills, with experience in software applications such as Microsoft Office.
