Nursing Assistant Visit Facilitator

The Visit Facilitator plays a vital role in supporting in-person clinic visits, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and providers alike. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for appointments by communicating with them prior to their visit and ensuring medical records are collected and ready for the visit.
- Prepare exam rooms and stock supplies to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
- Act as a vital link between patients and providers, ensuring a great experience for all parties involved.
- Complete visit wrap-up with patients, providing them with an after-visit summary and recommendations for follow-up.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Graduate of a Nursing Aide program, Emergency Medical Technical (EMT) program, and/or Health Unit Coordinator program.
- BLS Certification or ability to obtain within two months of hire and maintain certification.
- Minimum of 1-year customer service experience required, with previous health care customer service experience preferred.
- Proficient with technology, including computer hardware and programs, and smart devices such as phones and tablets.
- Great verbal communication skills and strong team player with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality and maintain reliable and consistent attendance.
