About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hybrid Sales Engineer to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of commercial airside products, boilers, beams, burners, pumps, venting solutions, hydronics, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and Sell Commercial Airside Products: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector.
  • Provide Technical Support: Offer technical expertise to clients, ensuring the optimal selection and application of products.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Team: Work closely with the engineering team to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Travel and Client Engagement: Travel to client sites as needed within the Northwest region to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field.
  • Commercial Airside Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of commercial airside products, boilers, beams, burners, pumps, venting solutions, and hydronics.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel to various project sites within the Northwest region.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
