As a Facilities Engineer II, you will be responsible for maintaining all building-related systems and ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests, associates, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain compliance with company engineering standards and local building codes.
2. Conduct preventative maintenance and address work orders to uphold hotel quality standards.
3. Perform routine checks and minor repairs on electrical systems, HVAC, and plumbing fixtures.
4. Service hotel equipment, including kitchen and laundry appliances, ensuring optimal functionality.
5. Oversee the maintenance of the hotel's exterior, enhancing curb appeal through landscaping and snow removal.
6. Respond courteously to guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications
1. Vocational training or experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Carpentry is required.
2. Previous experience in a hotel environment is preferred.
3. Ability to lift 25 to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks as needed.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various audiences.
