Position Overview:

The Senior Manager of Employee Insights and Listening is tasked with the comprehensive design, implementation, and management of PVH's global listening and employee measurement initiatives, including real-time event-based assessments.

This role will act as an internal consultant and expert, utilizing a deep understanding of psychometrics to create tools and methodologies that align with organizational objectives.

Leveraging advanced predictive analytics and modeling techniques, this leader will analyze data to derive actionable insights aimed at improving the employee experience at PVH.

This position holds significant visibility and is responsible for developing and conveying data-driven narratives to stakeholders across all organizational levels.


Key Responsibilities:

Design and Implementation of Measurement Strategies:
Oversee the complete project management, coordination, and reporting of periodic engagement surveys (e.g., PVH Listens). Manage the ongoing enhancement and operation of PVH's employee listening framework, which encompasses onboarding, exit, and event-based pulse surveys.
Utilize technology to create customized surveys and reporting/analytic solutions.
Continuously assess and improve methodologies to optimize response rates, reduce bias, and enhance data integrity.
Lead the design, execution, and maintenance of innovative listening tools and methodologies.

Data Analysis and Insight Generation:

Conduct comprehensive statistical analyses using advanced analytics tools such as SPSS or R. Interpret results, identify significant trends, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership and HR teams.

Produce clear and concise reports, dashboards, and visual representations to effectively communicate people insights and their implications.

Employ storytelling techniques to present data compellingly, influencing decision-making at all organizational levels.


Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Work closely with HR leaders, executives, and regional teams to comprehend their specific needs and priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate survey insights into organizational strategies and initiatives.

Serve as a trusted advisor, offering guidance on methodologies, data interpretation, and best practices related to measurement.


Commitment to Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends, research, and emerging technologies related to employee engagement, surveys, and statistical modeling.
Drive the ongoing enhancement of measurement processes, ensuring they remain innovative, efficient, and aligned with evolving business requirements.
Identify opportunities to leverage technology and automation to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading global survey and engagement initiatives within a complex, multinational organization.
Demonstrated success in driving positive change through data insights and evidence-based decision-making.

Education:
Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Statistics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
PhD is strongly preferred.
Skills:
In-depth understanding of predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and psychometric principles.

Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R) and survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey). Exceptional skills in data analysis and storytelling, with the ability to simplify complex information into clear and engaging narratives.

Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, capable of influencing and inspiring stakeholders at all levels.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.

Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment.
