Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Supervise construction projects, ensuring they are completed in accordance with specifications, schedules, and budgets.
  • Site Management: Coordinate and manage site logistics, including deliveries, inspections, and quality control.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage small to medium-sized teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including owners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all quality assurance and safety standards are met, and that projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in commercial/industrial or agriculture construction, with a proven track record of managing projects and identifying key issues.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Certifications: OSHA 30 and SWPPP certification preferred.
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include regular sitting, standing, walking, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds. The role also requires frequent exposure to moderate to loud noise levels, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
