Job Title: Senior Project Manager

At Kovalus Separation Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, including design, development, and testing.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and ensure project deliverables meet their expectations.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles and practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar.
