About the Job
We are seeking an experienced environmental restoration specialist to join our team at the Naval Facilities Engineering Command. As an environmental restoration specialist, you will play a critical role in the success of our Environmental Restoration Program.

Your responsibilities will include managing projects within the program, preparing detailed cost estimates, and conferring with regulatory agencies to discuss cleanup standards and actions. You will also be responsible for planning, supervising, inspecting, and advising on work assignments, including restoration of land areas and rehabilitation of sites to beneficial use.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of specialized experience in environmental restoration
  • Ability to manage projects and prepare cost estimates
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
