Job Overview
Brown and Caldwell is an industry leader in environmental engineering and construction, and we are seeking a talented Environmental Planning Specialist to join our team in the Pacific Area. This individual will be responsible for performing water and wastewater system hydraulic modeling and analyses, evaluating potential improvements to optimize system performance, and supporting the development of master plans.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform hydraulic modeling and analyses to optimize water and wastewater system performance
  • Develop and implement master plans for municipal water and wastewater utilities
  • Conduct feasibility studies and alternatives analyses for water and wastewater infrastructure improvement projects
  • Prepare comprehensive technical reports, presentations, and conceptual design documents

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering required; M.S. degree preferred
  • PE license strongly preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of water and wastewater infrastructure hydraulics, operation, and master planning
  • Experience managing projects and leading project teams
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team

Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $135,000, based on the employee's primary work location.
