Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Node. Digital. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading Agile development teams and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile development teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Agile development background and experience (kanban/scrum)
  • Program/project management skills
  • Experience with working or leading 1 or more Agile work teams

Preferred Skills:

  • Jira development environment / Agile development model
  • SAFe Agile framework
  • COTS implementation experience (enterprise systems, such as HRIS, ERP, etc.)
  • Some business domain experience (Procure to Pay, Hire to Retire, Order to Cash, etc.)
