**Job Overview:** As a Federal Sr. HR Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the human capital and human resources management needs of federal agencies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare robust, valid, and reliable job analysis and assessment tools, as well as clear, concise, and accurate vacancy announcements.
  • Develop and post job opportunity announcements on USAJOBS via Career Connector.
  • Host/participate in weekly meetings with ARC staff to discuss current status of vacancy announcements and incoming requests.
  • Track vacancy announcement components, perform qualifications analysis on applicants, and prepare selection certificates.
  • Apply veterans' preference to lists of eligibles and assist in developing specialized experience and assessment questions for automated staffing systems.
  • Prepare job offer letters and coordinate entry on duty.

**Requirements:**

  • 8 years of experience in federal position classification and/or staffing acquisition.
  • Expertise in collaborating with federal managers and executives to navigate the federal hiring process.
  • Delegated examining certification.
  • Experience with Monster Government Solutions hiring system or CareerConnector.
