Paramedic - Emergency Medical Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Paramedic to join our team at AMR Corp. in Clackamas County. As a Paramedic, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and responding to emergency medical situations with professionalism and expertise.
Responsibilities- Assess emergency situations and determine the best course of action using progressive Paramedic protocols.
- Utilize advanced medical equipment and procedures, including defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen devices, and intravenous fluids, to provide critical care to patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their loved ones to provide information and reassurance during emergency situations.
- Act as a team leader and take responsibility for scene and unit management as needed.
- Drive ambulances on 911 responses and work collaboratively with allied health and public safety personnel.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Oregon State Paramedic License
- State Driver's License
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS certifications
- ICS 100, 200, 700, 800 certifications
- Driving record in compliance with company policy
- Pass Physical Agility Test
- Some work experience, preferably in healthcare
