Job Title: Project Manager PMP

Job Description:

Summit Federal Services, LLC (SFS) is a fast-growing woman-owned Small Business and HUBZone company with an outstanding record of performance providing more effective and efficient acquisition, business process, training, IT, administrative, and security services to multiple federal agencies.

We are looking for a Project Manager with a current PMP or PMI certification to support a pending proposal in Arlington, VA. The Project Manager shall be a prime contractor employee and responsible for all services performed under this statement of work. The Project Manager shall be the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR.

Essential Functions:

Demonstrated experience with the management, manpower utilization, and supervision of employees (including subcontractors) of various labor categories and skills in projects similar to the requirements of the statement of work.

Demonstrated experience in a quality assurance environment for requirements.

Demonstrated experience in government acquisitions and contracts.

Demonstrated experience in SharePoint.

Demonstrated experience in development of training techniques.

Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, including experience in presenting material to senior Government officials.

Qualifications:

An active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification at the time of proposal submission.

Minimum 7 years' experience developing schedules and formulating work plans; creating long and short-term plans and milestones.

Performing project quality control.

Managing teams of 20+ personnel.

Supporting CISA and knowledge of various mission areas of CISA Divisions and Mission Enabling Offices (MEO).
