About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Floating Client Experience Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our families, from their initial tour to their child's first day of school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Float between multiple locations to provide exceptional service and support to our families.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives to drive enrollment and growth.
  • Collaborate with the Director to manage daily operations, including community outreach, marketing, and enrollment processes.
  • Guide new and current families through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Coordinate 'moments of magic' for families, fostering an exceptional level of hospitality and customer service.
  • Ensure completion and accuracy of all enrollment paperwork, including Student and Teacher Department of Health compliance requirements.
  • Maintain a welcoming environment at the front desk, ensuring all families, team members, and guests feel a sense of belonging.
  • Collaborate with the on-site maintenance team to maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the space.
  • Support and/or oversee inventory management and ordering of center supplies, classroom supplies, and marketing supplies.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of successful experience in a similar role, with a focus on building enrollment and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to providing a high level of facility safety and cleanliness.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Lifelong learner with a passion for working with children and families.

Pay rate based on experience, with a potential bonus structure.

The role involves standing, walking, sitting, constant movement, and occasional climbing. The ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds is required. Specific sensory abilities include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjustment of focus.
