Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance
    • Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the front office, including emptying of garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting.
    • Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area, including daily emptying of waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted parts, assisting in cleaning of spray booths, and placing tools and equipment in their proper location.
  • Logistics and Transportation
    • Drive company vehicles to run shop errands or pick up parts; drive customer vehicles to pick up and deliver cars.
  • Parking Lot and Grounds Maintenance
    • Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion.
  • Equipment Maintenance
    • Perform minor equipment and building maintenance/repairs when necessary.
  • Make Ready and Vehicle Protection
    • Assist in Make Ready when necessary.
    • Ensure all cars are protected for inclement weather.
  • Security and Compliance
    • Secure all vehicle and ensure vehicle keys are separate and secure.
    • Comply with all Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and standards.

Requirements

  • Driver's License
    • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Strong communication skills that allow you to communicate effectively with the Caliber team and our customers.
  • Equipment Operation and Maintenance
    • Ability to operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Professional Appearance
    • Maintains a well-groomed, professional appearance.
