Job Summary

Phoenix Children's Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Advanced Practice Clinician to join our Hematology and Oncology team. As a key member of our inpatient team, you will provide exceptional care to patients with various hematological and oncological conditions.

Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive health histories and physical assessments for infants, children, and young adults with acute and chronic health conditions.
- Utilize advanced assessment skills to manage a cohort of patients and develop individualized plans of care.
- Order and prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions, and perform other therapeutic or corrective measures to treat illness and improve health status.
- Collaborate and coordinate care with other team members, including attending physicians, residents, fellows, nurses, and other healthcare personnel.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
- Current licensure and certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Arizona.
- Experience in Hematology and Oncology preferred, but not required.
